Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Draycot Design Studios. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Times

Standard Orders: All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Notification: You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

Peak Volume: During high-volume periods or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders placed will be dispatched the following working day via Royal Mail tracked 24hour, please allow 1-3working days for delivery.

Tracking information will be provided at the earliest opportunity.

EU Shipping

We offer international shipping to the EU

Draycot Design Studios takes no responsibility for additional fees incurred due to local government tax law, EU customers accept responsibility for these fees when ordering and accept the risk of additional import and delivery fees. 

We will do out best to avoid these fees for out customers where possible. 

  • Delivery Time: International shipments typically take between [7–21] business days depending on destination and local customs procedures.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Draycot Design studios is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

  • Damaged Items: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 7 days by email at: info@draycotdesignstudios.co.uk
  •  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
  • Lost Packages: If you have not received your shipment within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
